Our room is meant to be a double but is in fact two beds pushed together and made separately. The satisfaction of our guests is our main goal for which we work every day to ensure that each of our guests experience high standards of services and we deeply regret that on this occasion you were not fully satisfied with your stay with us. Some loungers had towels in the morning but it was maybe 4/5 out of 150 beds. And this hotel is a 10 minute stroll away from the centre.
